Help us ensure refugees and asylum seekers have a safe place to stay Refugees at Home is a young, rapidly growing charity working to connect those with a spare room in their home to asylum seekers and refugees in need of accommodation.
Do you have fundraising experience and feel passionate about helping refugees and asylum seekers?
We’ve had amazing success to date, especially raising substantial funds through trusts such as Tudor, The Fore, LHA and The Funding Network, and are now looking for someone to take us onwards and upwards so we can continue to spread our reach nationally. We are looking for a trustee to lead our fundraising group of volunteers, to further develop the fundraising strategy, identify and apply for grants, grow our Founders’ Circle of high-net-worth donors, and network in as wide a range of relevant organisations as possible to inspire people to support the charity. We value diversity and endeavour to run ourselves in an inclusive way. We’d greatly welcome applications from a diverse range of backgrounds.
